Anti-PDXP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PDXP, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and provided in liquid form, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200 to the C-terminus of human PDXP (NP_064711.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 32 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
