Anti-PDXK Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody to PDXK, offered as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with certain variants additionally validated for ELISA. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent is affinity purified and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3–7.4) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; PDXK has a molecular weight of approximately 35 kDa. Vials are shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions include WB 1:500–1:1,000, ICC/IF between 1:10 and 1:200, and ELISA starting at 1 µg/ml.

The immunogen varies across product variants and includes a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 1–312 of human PDXK (NP_003672.1), a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 213–312 of human PDXK, and a recombinant human PDXK protein. Select variants detect endogenous levels of total PDXK.
