Anti-PDX1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PDX1. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was generated using recombinant full-length human PDX1 as immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of PDX1 protein.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 31 kDa, and two scientific validation images accompany the product.
