Anti-PDX1 Antibody

Validated applications include Western blot [S1, S2, S3], with certain formulations additionally validated for immunohistochemistry [S2, S3] and ELISA [S3]. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, and depending on the variant reacts with human and mouse samples [S1, S2] or human, mouse, and rat samples [S3]. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot [S1, S3], 1:500 for IHC [S2], and 1:40,000 for ELISA [S3]. The product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide [S1, S3] and purified by antigen affinity chromatography [S3]. It is shipped at 4°C and stored at –20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided [S1, S3]. No cross-reactivity has been reported [S3].
