Anti-PDS5A Antibody

PDS5A (Sister chromatid cohesion protein PDS5 homolog A) is a regulatory component of the cohesin complex that controls sister chromatid cohesion, chromatin looping, and DNA double-strand break repair. The unconjugated polyclonal IgG antibody targeting this protein, supplied by Antibodies.com in a 200 µL vial, is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) analysis of human samples, where it recognizes a band near the expected full-length size of approximately 200 kDa.
