Anti-PDRG1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PDRG1, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and is validated for use on human, mouse and rat samples.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific recombinant immunogen corresponding to a region within amino acids 1–133 of human PDRG1, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The endogenous target protein PDRG1 has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 16 kDa and is reported to show tissue-enhanced expression in the parathyroid gland, with subcellular localisation associated with actin filaments.
