Podoplanin (PDPN) is a transmembrane mucin-type glycoprotein widely used as a selective marker for lymphatic endothelial cells and as a diagnostic indicator in squamous cell carcinoma, mesothelioma, and several other tumor types. The unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com enables Western Blot detection of the PDPN target in human cell and tissue lysates, supporting research on tumor invasion, lymphangiogenesis, and podocyte biology.

Supplied as 50 µl of polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit, the reagent is unconjugated, allowing flexible pairing with HRP, fluorophore, or biotin detection chemistries of the researcher's choosing. The unconjugated format suits laboratories that already maintain an existing membrane-based Western Blot workflow or that need to assemble a custom secondary detection scheme for human samples.

Part of the Primary Antibodies portfolio at Antibodies.com, this anti-podoplanin reagent is offered in a 50 µl volume sized for individual laboratory use.
