Anti-PDPK1 (phospho S241) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PDPK1 (phospho Ser241) supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and recognises the phosphorylated Ser241 modification on PDPK1. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC and 1:100–1:200 for ICC/IF. The reported molecular weight of the target is 63 kDa.
