Anti-PDPK1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the recombinant human PDPK1 protein, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in the 50 µl vial size. The reagent was purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen and is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol; it is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Validation data support its use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence workflows, where it recognizes the endogenous pool of total PDPK1 (also known as 3-phosphoinositide-dependent kinase 1 or PDK1) in samples of human, mouse and rat origin.
