Anti-PDP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PDP1 (Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Phosphatase Catalytic Subunit 1), a mitochondrial matrix phosphatase that activates the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex by dephosphorylating its E1 alpha subunit and thereby controls entry of carbon into the citric acid cycle. The reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated preparation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 15 mM sodium azide, pH 7.2, and is provided in a 100 µl vial.
