Anti-PDLIM1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against SLC30A8 and supplied unconjugated as a liquid. It is validated for Western blot and ELISA applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is purified from rabbit serum by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunising peptide, a synthetic peptide derived from human SLC30A8 (amino acids 171–220). The target protein has a molecular weight of 40 kDa, and no cross-reactivity has been reported. It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% Sodium Azide, and 50% Glycerol.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500 to 1:1000 for Western blot and 1:10000 for ELISA. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
