Anti-PDLIM1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a recombinant human PDLIM1 immunogen and is intended for the detection of endogenous total PDLIM1, also known as CLIM1, CLP36, Elfin, or C-terminal LIM domain protein 1. The unconjugated preparation is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is provided in a 50 µL volume. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, and the polyclonal IgG host response has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, giving the reagent broader utility across common model systems. Purification is carried out by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, helping to minimise off-target binding while preserving recognition of the native target. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles that can compromise antibody performance.
