Anti-PDK4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises PDK4 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent was generated against a synthetic peptide mapping to amino acids 312–411 of human PDK4 (NP_002603.1) and purified by affinity methods. It is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 46 kDa.
