Anti-PDK3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for PDK3, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) application, with confirmed reactivity against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 137–406 of human PDK3 (NP_005382.1).

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein PDK3 has a reported molecular weight of 47 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
