Anti-PDK2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against PDK2 and supplied in unconjugated form. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate this antibody was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 128-407 of human PDK2 (NP_002602.2), a target protein with a reported molecular weight of 46 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and provided as a liquid preparation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000-1:5,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. Vials are shipped at 4°C; upon receipt they should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
