Anti-PDK1 (phospho S241) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com raised against PDPK1 (PDK1) phosphorylated at Ser241, supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The reagent is validated for Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S241 of human PDK1/PDPK1 (NP_002604.1), with the reported immunogen sequence ANSFV. The antibody is affinity purified and corresponds to a protein target band of 60 - 70 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. Concentration is lot specific.
