Anti-PDK1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PDK1, this unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It is reported to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supported by four scientific validation images.

According to the manufacturer's data, the antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 337–436 of human PDK1/PDHK1 (NP_002601.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity-purified. The cited molecular weight of the target is 49 kDa, and concentration is given as lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
