PDIA3 (Protein Disulfide Isomerase Family A Member 3), also referred to as ERp57 or GRP58, is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident thiol oxidoreductase that catalyzes disulfide bond rearrangement during glycoprotein maturation and contributes to peptide loading onto MHC class I molecules. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against PDIA3 and validated for use in western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is provided as a 100 µl volume and is suitable for detection of the endogenous protein in cell and tissue preparations. PDIA3 migrates at approximately 57 kDa under reducing SDS-PAGE conditions, which serves as a useful reference when interpreting western blot signals from ER-enriched lysates.

Researchers studying endoplasmic reticulum stress, the unfolded protein response (UPR), glycoprotein quality control, or antigen presentation can use this reagent to track PDIA3 expression and subcellular localization. In immunofluorescence, the antibody produces cytoplasmic and reticular staining consistent with ER distribution, while immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed sections supports analysis of tissue-level distribution in normal and disease contexts. As a polyclonal reagent, it recognizes multiple epitopes on PDIA3, improving tolerance for partial denaturation during sample preparation.
