Anti-PDIA3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to ERp57 (also known as PDIA3), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ICC/IF, with 3 scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 206–505 of human ERp57 (NP_005304.3). The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target molecular weight is reported as 57 kDa and the concentration is lot specific. The antibody was affinity-purified.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:100 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
