Anti-PDHB Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets PDHB. It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human PDHB (NP_000916.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 39 kDa, and the recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:2,000.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
