Anti-PDHA2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PDHA2 and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 119–388 of human PDHA2 (NP_005381.1) and has a reported molecular weight of 43 kDa.

Validated for Western blot at 1:500–1:2,000 and for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence at 1:50–1:200, the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is purified by affinity chromatography, shipped at 4°C, and upon arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
