Anti-PDHA1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against an internal epitope of human pyruvate dehydrogenase E1 component subunit alpha (PDHA1). It is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL and is unconjugated for use in standard immunodetection workflows. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, with the formulation prepared in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The preparation has been validated for western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human samples, detecting endogenous levels of total PDHA1 protein. For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
