Anti-PDGFRb (phospho Y740) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against PDGFRβ phosphorylated at tyrosine 740, validated for western blotting on human and mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity-purified using a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the Y740 region of human PDGFRβ (immunogen sequence GGYMD; GenBank accession NP_002600.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 180 kDa, and concentration is reported as lot-specific. Recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody ships at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
