Anti-PDGFRA (phospho Y849) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PDGFRA phosphorylated at tyrosine 849 (phospho Tyr849). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and has been validated for use in Western Blotting with human samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding Y849 of human PDGFRA (NP_006197.1), with the corresponding peptide sequence SNYVS. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The associated molecular weight for the target is 190 kDa. For Western Blotting, a dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is recommended.
