Anti-PDGFRA (phospho Y754) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y754 of human PDGFRA. The reagent recognises PDGFR alpha phosphorylated at Tyr754 and is unconjugated, with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has an expected molecular weight of 180 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000.
