Anti-PDGFRA (phospho Y1018) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide phosphorylated at Tyr1018 of human PDGFR alpha (PDGFRA). The unconjugated reagent reacts with human samples and is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and ELISA, with a recommended WB dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, formulated with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is affinity purified, with a lot-specific concentration. The reported molecular weight is 200 kDa and the predicted molecular weight is 123 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
