Anti-PDGFR-β (phospho-Y751) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PDGFR-β phosphorylated at Tyrosine 751 (Y751). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with confirmed reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen used was a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PDGFR-β around the Tyrosine 751 phosphorylation site. The antibody specifically recognises endogenous PDGFR-β only when phosphorylated at Tyr751. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Observed molecular weights for the target are approximately 124 kDa and 190 kDa.
