Anti-PDGFR-β (phospho-Y1009) Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PDGFR-β, specific for the phosphorylation site at Tyrosine 1009. The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is unconjugated.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody shows a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of PDGFR-β protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1009, with a target molecular weight of approximately 190 kDa. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human PDGFR-β around the Tyrosine 1009 phosphorylation site. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
