Anti-PDGFR-β (K745) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PDGFR-β at the K745 region. It is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 711–760 of human PDGFR-β, and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. The manufacturer states that it detects endogenous levels of PDGFR-β protein, with bands observed at approximately 124 and 190 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
