Anti-PDGFR-β Antibody

This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta (PDGFR-β), a transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase activated by PDGF-B and PDGF-D ligands. Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, it binds the human, mouse, and rat orthologs and supports cross-species studies in vascular biology, mesenchymal cell signalling, fibrosis, and tumour microenvironment research.

Each vial contains 50 µL of antibody supplied in a stabilising buffer of 1× TBS at pH 7.4 with 1% BSA and 40% glycerol, with 0.05% sodium azide added as a preservative. Because the reagent is unconjugated, it can be paired in the user's own laboratory with HRP, fluorophore, biotin, or other custom reporter chemistries. The recombinant expression background contributes to lot-to-lot consistency useful for longitudinal studies, and reactivity across three mammalian species makes the antibody appropriate for translational work with patient-derived xenografts, murine disease models, or rat tissue specimens in which PDGFR-β expression in pericytes, fibroblasts, or stromal compartments is being characterised.
