Anti-PDGFR-α (S1057) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against PDGFR-α (S1057), available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent suitable for western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence workflows.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1020–1070 of human PDGFR-α, and the reagent has been validated for the detection of endogenous levels of PDGFR-α protein in human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein is detected at molecular weights of approximately 140 and 190 kDa.
