Anti-PDGFD Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises PDGFD (also referred to as SCDGFB/PDGF-D) and is supplied in liquid form. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blotting (WB). Immunofluorescence (IF) is also listed as a tested application. It reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 250–350 of human PDGFD (NP_079484.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 43 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is advised. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
