Anti-PDGFB Antibody

The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human PDGFB and detects endogenous levels of total PDGFB protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.

The product is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, users should aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
