Anti-PDGFB Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against PDGFB and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 142–241 of human PDGFB (NP_002599.1), and the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a reported target molecular weight of 27 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
