Anti-PDGF-D Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent recognizes endogenous levels of PDGF-D (Platelet-derived growth factor D), also known by the synonyms PDGFD, IEGF, SCDGF-B, SCDGFB, and Spinal cord-derived growth factor B. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human PDGF-D and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, then supplied at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is presented here in the 50 µl pack size for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA workflows against human samples. For routine handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
