Anti-PDGF-B (L48) Antibody

Presented at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 21-70 of Human PDGF-B, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~27 kDa.
