Description
Offered by Antibodies.com as part of the Primary Antibodies range, this unconjugated PDGF-A (K154) polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit. It is validated for WB and IHC applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 121-160 of Human PDGF-A. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of PDGF-A protein and recognises a band of approximately 24 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
