Anti-PDE6B Antibody

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–190 of human PDE6B (NP_001138763.1) [S1] and detects endogenous levels of PDE6B protein [S2]. Reported molecular weight is 98 kDa [S1][S2]. The isotype is IgG [S1] and the reagent is affinity-purified using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE [S2].

It is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration [S1], in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide [S1].
