Anti-PDE6A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PDE6A (also referred to as PDE6 alpha). It is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 656–860 of human PDE6A (NP_000431.2). It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified with a reported molecular weight of 120 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
