Anti-PDE4C Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting phosphodiesterase 4C (PDE4C), the cyclic-AMP-hydrolyzing enzyme involved in intracellular signal transduction, is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody for laboratory research. The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and each vial contains 100 µl of solution.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), the reagent shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling cross-species studies of PDE4 isoform expression in cell lysates and tissue preparations.
