Anti-PDE1B Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 190–536 of human PDE1B (NP_000915.1). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The target molecular weight is 59 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
