Anti-PDE1A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to PDE1A, available from Antibodies.com for Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 446–545 of human PDE1A (NP_005010.2). Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. A recommended Western Blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is provided, and the target PDE1A protein is reported to have a molecular weight of 55 kDa.
