Anti-PDCD6IP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against PDCD6IP (ALIX) and supplied unconjugated in liquid form. It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of 1:200–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–180 of human ALIX/PDCD6IP (NP_037506.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 105 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified.

The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
