Anti-PDCD6 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent, this PDCD6-targeting antibody is supplied at the 50 µL size and at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The unconjugated antibody was raised against a recombinant human PDCD6 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using the same immunogen. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, the reagent is confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples, and it detects the endogenous levels of total PDCD6 protein. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is shipped at 4 °C. For long-term stability, aliquots should be stored at –20 °C and protected from repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
