Anti-PDCD6 Antibody

The PDCD6 polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against the human target protein, also referred to as ALG-2 (apoptosis-linked gene 2), a 22 kDa penta-EF-hand calcium-binding protein implicated in apoptotic signaling and endoplasmic reticulum-to-Golgi vesicular transport. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, the antibody supports both Western blot analysis of cell lysates and immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed tissue sections. Reactivity is reported for human samples, and the reagent is intended for research use only in studies of programmed cell death, calcium homeostasis, and intracellular trafficking pathways. Aliquot upon receipt and store at -20 degrees C in working volumes to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the polyclonal reagent.
