Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PDCD6/ALG-2, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, with KO validation confirmed. The product is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 16 kDa.
Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IP. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific images are provided.
