Anti-PDCD5 Antibody

PDCD5, also referred to as TFAR19, is a ~14 kDa apoptosis-related factor that accelerates programmed cell death through cooperation with p53 and translocates from the cytoplasm into the nucleus during the early stages of apoptosis. The reagent is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry on paraffin and frozen tissue sections, and immunofluorescence staining of cultured cells, supporting studies of DNA damage responses, tumor suppressor pathways, and chemotherapeutic sensitivity in cancer cell lines.
