This unconjugated polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit and targets PDCD4 (K453). It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 422-474 of human PDCD4. The antibody detects endogenous levels of PDCD4 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
Purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody is greater than 95% pure as determined by SDS-PAGE.
