This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against PDCD4 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with reactivity confirmed in human and mouse samples, and has been KO validated.

The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target molecular weight is 60 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human PDCD4 (NP_055271.2).
