Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PDCD10 (Programmed Cell Death 10), also known as CCM3, a scaffolding protein implicated in cerebral cavernous malformation disease, apoptotic signaling, and vascular homeostasis. The unconjugated reagent is supplied in a vial as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, a glycerol-rich buffer formulation that protects antibody conformation during freezer storage and minimizes damage from repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody recognizes endogenous PDCD10 in human, mouse, and rat samples. Researchers studying CCM3-mediated signaling, Rho-GTPase regulation, striatin-interacting phosphatase and kinase (STRIPAK) complex biology, or endothelial barrier function use it to monitor expression across cultured cells, snap-frozen tissue, and whole-cell lysates. The polyclonal format increases the likelihood of binding multiple epitopes on PDCD10, which is helpful when probing truncated isoforms, disease-associated variants, or post-translationally modified protein.

The azide-containing storage buffer is directly compatible with HRP- and fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies for chemiluminescent, colorimetric, or immunofluorescence detection workflows, and the unconjugated format allows the antibody to be paired with custom labels for specialized assays. Routine aliquoting upon first thaw is recommended to preserve activity across many experiments, with refrigerated short-term storage between uses once an aliquot is opened.
